Site Engineer - Civil

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Site execution according to drawings.
2. Prepare detail work schedules as per client Handover schedule.
3. Take lead in supporting Management for handing over of project as per Master schedule.
4. Review subcontractor’s Method statements, Shop drawings, etc.
5. Raise/chase for required resource requirements for timely completion of works.
6. Execution of civil, structural and all general finishing related works.
7. Preparing daily progress reports, necessary instructions (ITC, SOR, NC, etc) to sub-contractors in consultation with senior staff.

Architect
Location Sanand, Gujarat
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Produce drawings and 3D models / rendering that have to be centered on written instructions, sketches, calculations and equations provided by designers and engineers in short notice under time pressure.
2) Has to fine tune and modify drawings to suit the needs of designers and engineers.
3) To take up the job responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific works related to interior, Fit outs & finishing projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
4) Responsible for designing the layout of the project and interfacing with other disciplines to integrate all project elements into unified design for client review and approval.
5) Lead the planning, supervising and. inspection of all Interiors & finishing works.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
1) Must have experience over 05 to 10 years in Construction industry.

Store Keeper

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The candidate shall be responsible for the following:
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of all the Material, Tools, equipment etc. at site.
• Receive, unload, and shelve all the material
• Issuing the Material to authorized person and keeping the record.
• Ensure the return of company assets when issued at site.
• Perform other stock-related duties.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to commercial department for reimbursements and record keeping
• Intimate the concerned person regarding the consumption and balance of critical regular materials to maintain the stock.

Site Electrical Engineer -LV
Location Sanand, Gujarat
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for planning, Scheduling, Coordination & monitoring execution of all Electrical (LV) works at site.
2. Installation, testing & commissioning of Electrical Works (LV) includes HT panel, Underground HT/LT Cable, Cable tray/raceways & Conduiting, MLTP, Transformer dry/Oil type, MLTP, DB, Light fixture, receptacle, Emergency light, power/control cable/wiring & complete Earthing system along with judgment of acceptance as per IS/NBC & approved documents etc.
3. Co-ordinate with the sub-contractor for shop drawing as per schedule for execution of work & make sure for shop drawing approval internally.
4. To co-ordinate with Electrical Contractor for Necessary Typical Mock up Sample & for prior Installations, Electrification, Execution, Erection & Commissioning and QC chart & check list (Material, Installation & testing commissioning).
5. Ensure method statement with risk analysis approved through safety for implementation at site etc.
6. Site Coordination between MEPF & civil activity as per approved drawing
7. Coordination for system integration as per MEPF controlling approved logic/schematic of HV, LV & BMS system.

10. Such record shall be updated in server efficiently.
11. Inspection record shall be maintained with hard & Scanned copies, same shall be kept on server record. As built inspection record shall be jointly recorded in drawings.
12. Chasing the Snag points to close out with sub-contractor within timeframe & closure record shall be maintained.
13. Review of method statement of subcontractors for safe working at site with quality.
14. Standard Operating procedure shall be prepared & implemented for activities to be controlled for LV works.

QC Engineer Mechanical

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. To identify Construction defects in – HVAC, Dust Collector & Utilities, Firefighting, Plumbing, STP
2. To identify possibility of dust and water entry into any Mechanical installation
3. To identify equipment defect before installation with respect to approval sheet, visual inspection
4. To stop installation and report to concern manager if procedure of equipment installation not followed.

Purchase Engineer - MEP

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Obtain the Procurement Schedule from PM/PD. Upon receipt of the schedule discuss within Site QS Team (QS – MEPF) to established expected delivery date of goods at site wrt Procurement Schedule.
Categorization of MEPF Goods based on delivery schedule – long lead and short lead Construction Team’s requirements and obtaining technical specifications of goods to be purchased from PM - MEPF / QS – MEPF.
Based on technical specifications identifying of goods available in market of different makes. Preparing the technical comparative statement and obtain Technical approval from PM – MEPF.
Float Inquiries to Suppliers and obtain vendor offers.
Make technical and commercial comparison of vendor offers with help of QS – MEPF.
Hold Techno-commercial negotiation with Vendors based on Project Director’s & Head - Site QS Team’s directions.

QC Engineer Electrical
Location Sanand, Gujarat
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. To identify Construction defects in – HT -LT Electrical Power system, Medium Voltage, Low Voltage & Extra Low Power System (i.e Public address, Talkback system, Fire Alarm System, BMS, Telephone, LAN System, CCTV etc, in line with project approved documents.)
2. Review Material data sheet, Shop drawing, Method of statement, Installation & Testing plan from subcontractor.
3. Knowledge of Indian standards (IS code), NBC code, Local norms etc.
4. Knowledge to understand the requirement of MEPF drawings & 3D Models in quick manner and coordinate with Construction.
5. To identify possibility of dust and water entry into any electrical installation.
6. To identify equipment defect before installation with respect to approval sheet, during visual inspection
7. To stop installation and report to concern manager if procedure of equipment installation not followed.
8. To prepare the Standard Operating Procedure for Subcontractor reference to improve quality.
9. Responsible for all site ongoing Electrical activities (HV & LV)
10. Quality of work to be inspected every start of new activity. Inspection control and approve inspection record with subcontractor (Material, Installation & Testing and Commissioning part).
11. Mock up of new activity & certify in line with approved documents & report preparation.
12. Prepare & Maintain tracking sheet of all site inspection, Snag list, Mock up (Hard & Soft copy).
13. Inspection mapping of Inspections carried out at site & Control (Initial/Mid/Final) to get it done with KIPL site engineer/ subcontractor/3rd Party Consultant company.
15. Weekly / Monthly meetings to create awareness about quality, Site patrolling, Keep records etc
16. Reject Material if not as per approved Material with information to Project Manager.
17. Ensure Proper cleaning, Stacking, Storage of all kind of Electrical Materials before installation at site.
18. To identify poor quality execution, make record and get it rectified by team of Electrical Engineers & chasing with subcontractors.
19. To upkeep photo record of various observations and rectification.
20. To ensure timely rectification of observations raised by client.
21. Report to QC Manager/ Manager Electrical about his assessment off works of quality under different sub-contractors.
22. To Make and update SOP. Provide training to workers/supervisors based on SOP to subcontractor’s staff.
23. To report immediately to reporting manager if client raised any point. Not to hide or delay the information.
24. To coordinate with site engineers and sub-contractors Engineer to ensure the highest quality and avoid rework.
25. To maintain the Inspection record in soft & hard copy with photographs as evidence.
26. To Prepare the checklist, Snag list for various work & issue to contractor to get it done.
27. Factory inspections as per approved Drawings, documents & report
28. Maintain all scan record of inspections & various QC data in Server for reference & record.
29. Follow all management instructions & quick action against raise queries.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
1. Diploma in Electrical /B. Tech in Electrical.
