JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Site execution according to drawings.
2. Prepare detail work schedules as per client Handover schedule.
3. Take lead in supporting Management for handing over of project as per Master schedule.
4. Review subcontractor’s Method statements, Shop drawings, etc.
5. Raise/chase for required resource requirements for timely completion of works.
6. Execution of civil, structural and all general finishing related works.
7. Preparing daily progress reports, necessary instructions (ITC, SOR, NC, etc) to sub-contractors in consultation with senior staff.
8. Execution of structural steel works along with roof and wall claddings and other roofing related utility works.
9. Quality and Safety control of all site execution activities.
10. Identify and report problems timely to avoid schedule delays.
11. Conduct Weekly/Daily progress meetings with sub-contractors.
12. Co-ordination with other departments for smooth execution of works.
13. Verifying (internal Testing Reports) ITRs raised by sub-contractors.
14. Preparing and raising Snag list at the final stage of completion of works.
15. External Development Works including- Roads, Pathways, Parking Yards, Storm Drainages, and other general utility works.
16. Must have sound knowledge of concrete, Precast concrete, PEB, Steel structures and Interior Finishing works.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
1. B.E Civil / B. Tech- Civil
2. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in civil works in industrial projects.
3. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is must
4. Computer literate & good communication skill in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Produce conceptual and detail technical and architectural drawings using computer assisted drafting systems (CAD). 2. Modify correlate, compare, and revise CAD files for coordination purpose as required by civil engineers. 3. Produce detailed structural drawings including bar bending schedule. 4. Draw maps, diagrams, and profiles, using cross-sections and surveys, to produce topographical contours. 5. Store, manage and update of hard/soft copy documentation packages as required. 6. Prepare BOQ to develop tender/construction cost estimations. 7. Prepare conceptual and presentation drawings.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1)    Produce drawings and 3D models / rendering that have to be centered on written instructions, sketches, calculations and equations provided by designers and engineers in short notice under time pressure.

2)    Has to fine tune and modify drawings to suit the needs of designers and engineers.

3)    To take up the job responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific works related to interior, Fit outs & finishing projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

4)    Responsible for designing the layout of the project and interfacing with other disciplines to integrate all project elements into unified design for client review and approval.

5)    Lead the planning, supervising and. inspection of all Interiors & finishing works.

6)    Manage project resource allocation and having knowledge of Raw material, cost & availability.

7)    Coordination with Liasoning Architect for statutory approvals and sanctions from the authority

8)    The candidate should have sufficient experience in handling similar size of project with skills of site management, assisting in cost controlling, vendor development, helping in tender documents, cost estimates, and on time delivery of projects.

9)    Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to Project Head and Director of Project.

10) Co-ordinate with the various external and in-house consultants and get the details and drawings from all the consultants and incorporate it in the working drawings. Release the finalized drawing to the site.

11) Produce Detailed drawings, Architectural drawings, Working drawings, Civil drawings, Structural drawings

12) Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants, to ensure job success.

13) Formulating plan to ensure effective construction management, including the control of site progress, resolutions of site problems, control of site meetings etc.

14) Core competencies in coordinating structure and service (MEP) engineering drawings in conformance with Architectural Design, Interior Design and Landscape Design.

15) Coordinating for approval of specified materials to be used in the construction and applying for buildings supervising on-site construction activities to ensure the operations are carried out smoothly and following-up Detailing works so as to maximize the design output.

16) Coordinating and recommending solutions best fit for the design to the client and engineers in the areas of concern.

17) Advise client on architectural and interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1)    Must have experience over 05 to 10 years in Construction industry.

2)    Work experience in Industrial Building project.

3)    Guide and Coordinate with Multi-disciplinary BIM Production (Architecture, Structure and MEPF)

4)     Must have executed the Interiors & Finishing works of high rise commercial, residential, five-star hotels, Industrial Building, IT Building or villas preferably in Delhi/NCR region.

5)    Ability to work across disciplines of Architecture, Structural, and MEP.

6)    Proficiency in advanced in AutoCAD, Google sketch up or other 3D modelling/ rendering software (Revit, Navisworks, Adobe Photoshop) and Microsoft Office. (our clients are mostly from industrial sector).

7)    Have the ability to visualize building/ Strong design and graphic skills.

8)    Good knowledge of architectural terms

9)    Good presentation and a pleasant manner and able to work without direct supervision.

10) Capable in communicating and visualizing concepts (by hand and by computer)

11) Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction and Building industries.

12) A creative, conceptual and enthusiastic designer with a hands-on attitude.

13) A team player with experience in leading projects and with high communication skills;

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. B.E./B. Tech – Mechanical Engineering
2. Must Have 12-15 Design Background from Industrial Construction Industry
3. Good Knowledge of Piping, Ducting design.
4. Good Spoken & Written English
5. Basic knowledge of Autocad
6. Advance Knowledge of MS Excel

WORK EXPERIENCE: 05-08 years as a Quantity Surveyor – CIVIL

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Quantity take off from drawings.

2. Prepare BOQ for CIVIL items

3. Assisting Commercial Managers for preparing RFQ and Tenders

4. Prepare comparative statement based on received quotations

5. Preparing Rate Analysis of CIVIL Items.

6. Should have adequate knowledge on market price, makes, vendors of CIVIL materials and equipment.

7. Preparation of Goods and Works requisition orders, purchase orders and contract, obtaining approvals from PM/PD, Commercial Managers and strong follow-up with vendors to place procurements in execution.

8. Should prepare Monthly reports of the projects and update the same as per company rule.

9. Handling Change orders: Quantity take-off, Cost analysis, Negotiation and Confirmation on Change Orders from vendors.

10. Updating BOQ w.r.t change orders

11. Checking, Processing and Obtaining Approval on Contractors/Suppliers’ RA Bill and Final bill Measurements and Unit price from Contracts Administrator, Commercial Manager, PM/PD.

12. Re-conciliation of Free issue materials

13. Verifying, Negotiating and obtaining confirmation on Contractors’ / Suppliers’ Claims.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  
1.Diploma - Civil or graduate with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Document Controller handling similar works.
2.Should have experience of working in Construction/ PMC /Contracting / Design / Real Estate company.
3.Should have sound knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Outlook and other construction related software, 
4.On-site experience will be preferred.
5.Should have good command on English language and must have sound communication skills.
